If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 working days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Small variations in texture and finish occur naturally between batches.
Do you restock sold-out forms?
Some forms return; others may be paused or retired.
Are the candles scented?
No. All current forms are unscented unless stated.
What wax do you use?
A high-quality soy blend chosen for detail and stability.
How should I burn the candle safely?
A brief version of the full care guide — please read our full Candle Care guide before lighting.
• These candles burn unpredictably; shape and flow will shift.
• Always place them on a large, non-flammable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep burns short and never leave them unattended.
• You can slow wax flow by extinguishing and plugging cascades, but it goes against how the forms are designed to behave.
• A natural white bloom can appear and can be removed with gentle heat.
• Stop burning before the wick reaches the base.
Where can I read the full Candle Care guide?
You can find it here: Candle Care
Why don’t you list burn times?
Burn times vary too much to be accurate. These objects are designed to change, not to burn in a predictable way.
How do I remove dust?
Use a soft, dry cloth or brush. For a refreshed surface, lightly warm the candle with a hairdryer on low, moving constantly.
Can these candles melt or deform in sunlight?
Yes. Prolonged direct sun or high temperatures can soften or warp the form. They don’t need to be stored somewhere cool — just keep them out of hot environments.
