Shipping Information

  • We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. Additional regions will be added as our logistics expand.


                                                               

    New Zealand:
    Standard (Courier, tracked)
    Delivery: 1–2 working days (metro)

    Cost: NZD $10

                                                               

    Rural / Remote:
    Delivery: +1–2 working days
    All New Zealand orders ship with tracked courier services.

    Cost: NZD $16

                                                             

    Australia:
    All orders ship with NZ Post international tracked services.
    Delivery target: 3–10 working days
    Flat-rate shipping

    Cost: $15 AUD

                                                               

    Split Parcels:
    Larger orders may ship in two parcels.
    Each parcel has its own tracking number and may arrive together or a day apart.

                                                             

    Customs / Duties:
    Australian orders do not incur duties or GST.

    All parcels are well below the AUD $1,000 threshold.

                                                               

    General Notes: 

    1. Shipping costs are applied per order at checkout.

    2. Delivery estimates do not include packing or processing time.

    3. Tracking information is emailed once your parcel is collected.

    4. Multi-item orders may be split into separate parcels for safe transit.

    5. All NZ and AU shipments are handled by NZ Post.


                                                               


    Damaged in Shipping:
    We pack every order carefully, but occasionally things arrive damaged. If that happens, we’ll resolve it quickly.

    What we do:
    We replace the item as soon as possible.
    If the style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

    What we need:
    Email returns@postobjects.com within 48 hours with:

    A photo of the damaged candle

    A photo of the packaging or box


                                                               

    Shipping FAQs:


    Do you accept returns for change of mind?

    — No. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.


    What if my parcel is delayed? 

    — If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 working days, contact us and we’ll look into it.


    What if my parcel is lost?

    — If tracking shows no movement, or it’s marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll open a case with the courier.


    Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

    — If your order hasn’t been packed or collected, we can usually update the address. Once it’s with the courier, changes aren’t guaranteed.


    Do you offer gifting or custom notes?
    — Not at this stage.


    Do you offer local pickup?
    — Not at this stage.


    Do you ship outside NZ and Australia?

    — Not yet, but we plan to expand our shipping zones.
